Requirements
- 8+ years delivering complex data solutions or modernization initiatives
- 5+ years of cloud architecture leadership
- Advanced English (minimum C1)
- Platform Mastery Path: Enterprise-scale modern data platform architecture, Advanced ingestion, processing, and storage patterns, Distributed systems optimization, Platform automation and operational excellence, Cost and performance governance
- Modernization Mastery Path: Enterprise migration programs across multiple legacy systems, Deep RDBMS architecture and performance expertise, Large-scale schema refactoring and modernization strategies, Risk-managed migration execution, Cloud-native database platforms at scale
- Architecture assessments and estimations, Technical governance and quality enforcement, Strategic technology evolution
