CBS is seeking a Document Controller to manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain document control procedures
• Receive, register, and track project documents
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy document filing systems
• Facilitate the review and approval process of documents
• Coordinate with project teams
• Generate and maintain reports regarding document status and distribution
• Provide training and support to team members
