Our client, an Investment Company, is looking for a highly motivated and highly skilled Head of Projects Management professional who will report to the CEO, with a passion for self-growth to join their team.

Requirements

• Manage the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Manage a group of project managers, in delivering multiple projects
• Establish a consistent approach for oversight and performance reporting of large-scale projects
• Maintain oversight of live projects and provide regular performance reports to senior management
• Collaborate and communicate with business leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable, measurable projects and initiatives to achieve objectives and both short-term and long-term goals
• Act as project management coach and advisor for team and senior colleagues
