Consultant, Systems & Change Management - Raiser’s Edge

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Consultant, Systems & Change Management - Raiser’s Edge to help nonprofits measure and elevate impact, optimize key development processes, and make data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Raiser’s Edge and related integrations, knowledge of fundraising operations best practices, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Two-six years' administrator experience in Raiser's Edge/RE NXT at a large or complex nonprofit
• Technical proficiency to recognize, scope, and design optimal methods for the generation, entry, management, use, and interpretation of fundraising data
• Outstanding project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with a high attention to detail
• Mastery of Excel and experience working with large data sets
• A comprehensive understanding of the data life cycle (from entry to insight)
• A comprehensive understanding of the donor life cycle
• Experience working with stakeholders at various levels and across different departments
• A mindset for creative problem-solving
• Ability to travel occasionally for assignments
