E&K is seeking a Field Leadership - Foreman/Superintendent to join their team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have experience leading trade crews, managing job costs, and ensuring quality control. E&K is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to their clients.
Requirements
- Completed 30hr OSHA Training
- Completed Field Management Training
- Ability to effectively manage crews of 30+ employees
- Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, material, equipment, and personnel
- Knowledge of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction, and decimals
- Advanced Knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick bid
- Skill in verbal and written communication, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and/or stilts
- Ability to read detailed (blueprint) plans and specifications and comply with building codes
- Excellent communication skills
