Concrete Foreman - Atlanta, GA

The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field operations on concrete construction projects.

Requirements

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily activities of concrete crews
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, layout, and elevations
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and crew assignments
• Supervise concrete placement and finishing operations
• Ensure proper use of forming systems, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clear and effective communication with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and other trades on site
• Monitor work progress and productivity
• Maintain accurate daily field reports, timecards, and jobsite documentation
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of crew members
• Ensure finished work meets quality standards, tolerances, and project requirements
