Lead Engineer, Software

Lead Engineer, Software role requires expertise in end-to-end software development life-cycle, with a concentration on systems and solution testing. The position involves providing technical leadership on HPS SW programs, designing and developing modular, automated test-cases and scripts, and partnering with product management and customer experience team on feature requirements, design and development.

Requirements

• Expertise in end to end software development life-cycle, with a concentration on systems and solution testing
• Ability to provide Technical leadership on HPS SW programs
• Deep expertise in openNetworking, Storage, Server technologies, Rack integration, converged and hyper-converged infrastructure
• Emerging technologies(5G, AI/ML..) in Enterprise or Service provider space
• Must have a data-centric approach to SW quality tracking, monitoring and enhancements
• Strong testing, debugging skills and hands-on experience with different Network OS
• Strong analytical skills, ability to design and develop test-plans based on product requirements
• Experience in Quality Assurance of Networking features and protocols deployed in Enterprise and Datacenter
• Experience with network automation and scripting languages such as Python, PyTest, Robot framework
• Experience in Jenkins, Azure pipeline and Firmware test like BMC, Redfish, ONL and SDK is preferred
