Job Description
The Manager, Test Manufacturing Engineering - In Circuit Test (ICT) is responsible for managing resources who accept, transfer, install, improve and maintain automatic test equipment and test programs. They also support test development to ensure robust and high quality test solutions and final products.
Requirements
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ICT Engineers and Technicians.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall ICT strategy, ensuring alignment with production goals and quality standards.
- Project Management: Oversee new ICT projects, including the integration of new test equipment and the development of test fixtures for new products
- Quality Control: Analyze test data and failure trends to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process and reduce defect rates.
- Budget Management: Manage the departmental budget for daily operations and capital expenditures on new equipment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve issues and enhance overall process efficiency.
