Operations Manager 3

Provides direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees, establishes long-term plans/objectives, and develops policies for the function/unit. Manages engineering projects, coordinates activities, and interacts with senior management and customers.

Requirements

• 9+ years' relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Excellent negotiation, problem resolution, and project management skills
• Ability to lead, manage, train, coach, and motivate a diverse group of employees
