Senior Lead Engineer, Program/Project Mgmt

Role Overview

Manage high-complexity programs and projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive meetings. Act as the primary interface between customers and the company for managing NPI projects. Develop project plans, track progress, and perform risk management.

What You Will Do

Develop project plans, track progress, and perform risk management. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Business Management related field
• Min 10 years relevant experience in project management / marketing / manufacturing industries
• NPI knowledge or Program Management knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and presentation slide using Power Point
