Engineering Manager - Celonis Process Management

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions for integrating Process Management into the Celonis Platform. The role involves leading a team of talented engineers, working with other engineering teams, and making strategic decisions to drive customer value and shape the overall product strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position
• 8+ years as Software Engineer
• Strong technical knowledge (staff engineer-level knowledge of software engineering)
• Experience working with technologies like C# and Azure (Java as nice to have) and microservices
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile
