Requirements

• 1-5 years' worth of experience in SBA financing
• 504 closing experience
• Commercial loan closing experience
• Current knowledge of banking regulations
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate, influence and motivate
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to handle multiple files or projects at one time
