Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience, or 5+ years comparable experience; strong knowledge of commercial and consumer lending regulations; experience in internal control reviews and quality assessments

1-5 years' experience in SBA financing, excellent customer service skills, and strong organizational skills

5+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, Strong SBA industry experience preferred
