(CEN) PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT INTERN

Support Planning and Development processes through data analysis, project management, and process automation. Develop dashboards and reports, monitor talent selection processes, and implement talent development strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, and Power Apps
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Outgoing, proactive, team-oriented, self-directed, and self-taught
