Job Description
The Mechanic diagnoses and repairs diesel tractors, trailers and other wheeled vehicles by performing duties such as examining and diagnosing vehicle problems, discussing repairs with Terminal Manager and/or Supervisor, and enforcing CEMEX safety policies and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possession of valid Driver's License; prefer Class A or Class B CDL or the ability to obtain such a license within the new employee evaluation period (180 days)
- Forklift certified or willing to obtain
- TWIC preferred or willing to obtain
