Job Description
The Commercial Loan Officer III is responsible for extending credit, evaluating loan applicants, and managing a portfolio of loans. They must ensure that all loan decisions and actions comply with laws, regulations, and bank policy.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
- 4-year college degree, plus 6 years related experience and/or training, and 5 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane, algebra, solid geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
