Direct Care Aide
High school diploma or GED, DDCA certification, moderate reading and writing skills, and ability to lift 50 pounds or less
Residential Staff
High school diploma, experience in related field, reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and background check

High school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, reliable transportation, and a valid Oklahoma drivers license
Certified Nursing Aide
