Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Oklahoma state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or equivalent
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain within four months of employment
- Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
- A minimum of three months' prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
