Job Description
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. Provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, working onsite in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments.
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
