Job Description
Provides occupational therapy services to patients ranging from the very young to the elderly who may have physical, medical and/or psychological disorders and who may be receiving services on an inpatient basis.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Prior experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills beyond basic entry level
