Job Description
Experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care under RN supervision, exercising clinical judgment, implementing care plans, administering treatments, and supervising unlicensed staff in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program
- Current LPN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety
- Verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and company policy
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required for SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs per state regulation)
