Job Description
The Immigration Staff Attorney will work with the Family/Immigration Team to support the immigration needs of CCLS's client community, providing legal representation, consultation, advocacy, and education in immigration matters.
Requirements
- Provide direct legal services in immigration matters
- Work with CCLS advocates to ensure high-quality legal representation
- Develop and maintain relationships with client groups and community-based service providers
- Identify and analyze systemic issues
- Participate in community outreach/education events and legal workshops/clinics
- Foster productive relationships with other CCLS staff and external partners
- Maintain a commitment to impact litigation
