Staff Platform & SRE Engineer (Digital Workplace)

Lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of enterprise-grade communication and collaboration platforms. Drive platform architecture, software and security engineering practices, and site reliability engineering (SRE) to ensure secure, scalable, and optimized systems. Champion modern engineering methodologies and contribute to technology stewardship.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• 5-6 years of relevant working experience
• Leadership knowledge in one of the following areas: Conferencing platforms, Communication platforms, Collaboration platforms
• Proven experience and deep understanding in communication and collaboration platform architecture topologies, end-to-end stack components, and containerized environments
• Platforms across Windows, Linux, and Android OS
• Containerized environment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Device management systems (e.g., Samsung EMM, WS1, UEM)
• Observability platforms (e.g., ElasticSearch)
• Proficiency with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform)
• Expertise in developing custom applications, workflows, plugins, and APIs for enhanced functionality and integration
• Experience with SRE methodologies, synthetic monitoring, and capacity planning
