Job Description
This mid-level Oracle DBA position requires a candidate with 7-10 years of experience in Oracle 12c and 19c production support, alongside 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Apps DBA with Oracle EBS R12.1.3 and R12.2. The role involves implementing, upgrading, and tuning large Oracle EBS environments, optimizing performance, and providing accurate effort estimates.
Requirements
- 7-10 years as an Oracle DBA with production support experience
- 7-10 years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA
- Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS architecture
- Hands-on experience with implementation, upgrade, and tuning of: Large Oracle EBS environments and Oracle EBS in a production environment
- Patch assessment and application in an EBS environment
- Performance Tuning (ie. Sql Queries)
- Experience with multiple operating systems: Linux/Unix/Solaris/Windows
- MS in CS or BS/BA in Computer Science with five years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with occasional non-business hours
