Job description
The Safety Supervisor oversees all plant safety programs and ensures the facility operates in a safe, compliant, and well-maintained condition. This role leads safety initiatives, supports regulatory compliance, manages facility maintenance activities, and partners closely with production leadership to promote a strong safety culture across the envelope manufacturing operation.
Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards. Lead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis/corrective actions.
This role requires strong knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety practices, experience with facility systems, and strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
