Requirements

• Effective communication (verbal and written) in individual and group situations
• Leadership skills, including mentoring and team building
• Extensive amount of objective and subjective decision-making, and use of judgment in non-routine situations
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to analyze and resolve work problems
