As a Tangible Assets Manager, you will help clients navigate complex debt and equity transactions, providing valuation services for financial and tax reporting purposes, including real and personal property valuations for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Four plus years of experience performing tangible (real estate) valuation analyses for financial reporting purposes (ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 820)
- In-depth understanding of generally accepted valuation approaches (cost, market and income) and knowledge of when each is applicable
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Exceptional writing skills in preparation of valuation reports, exhibits, memos, and other client deliverables/communication
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, or business
