Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Rentals To Go is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Portable Sanitation industry. The ideal candidate will manage customer invoicing, ensure timely collection of payments, respond to incoming phone inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable, preferably in the portable sanitation industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
