Requirements
- Implementing engaging and personalized curriculum, including on-site and community-based activities
- Consulting with supervisors regarding student progress and adjustments to IEP/ITP/PBIP
- Following and enriching the classroom schedule
- Completing precise documentation of student behaviors
- Participating in data collection and analysis
- Performing impactful job coaching duties
- Providing compassionate support for students' physical care needs
- Maintaining vigilant oversight of classroom safety
- Complying with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Providing swift crisis intervention when necessary
- Meeting essential school and regulatory training requirements
- Assuring a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment
- Participating enthusiastically in the team environment
- Assisting effectively with classroom operations and special projects
- Acting confidently as the primary instructor and supervisor in the teacher's absence
- Providing thorough orientation and support to new staff
- Assisting collaboratively with classroom management
- Serving diligently as an aide during transportation routes
- Providing dependable student transportation
