Internship - Global Learning & Development F/H/X - Corporate

CHANEL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join the Global Learning & Development team, assisting in shaping the Future of Learning at CHANEL by supporting the development and adoption of a unified Learning platform, optimizing the worldwide L&D organization, and contributing to the creation of robust data and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program related to Education Technology, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, low-code and automation.
• Great problem-solving abilities and creative mindset, with an openness to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management; experience with L&D trends and technologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
