Job Description
Chanel's Real Estate Department is seeking a Stage with a specialization or first experience in real estate to manage the group's real estate projects and provide support to the project manager. The ideal candidate will have a BAC + 5 / Master 2 degree, proficiency in Office Pack (Excel), and excellent writing skills. The role involves elaboration of real estate reports, tracking and control of rents and local charges, and participation in ongoing negotiations.
Requirements
- BAC + 5 / Master 2 degree in Business School with a specialization or first experience in real estate
- Proficiency in Office Pack (Excel)
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluency in English
- Possible travel to sites in France
