Job Description
We're looking for a Jr. Client Solution Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Jr. CSM, you will work closely with Client Solutions Managers and the Programmatic and Data Solutions team to ensure smooth campaign launches and successful delivery. You will be at the center of campaign execution, gaining hands-on experience with YouTube or Social Media advertising, campaign management, and client solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience at a tech publisher, media agency, or digital platform (YouTube or Social Media experience preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, calculations, and data visualization
- Familiarity with digital media platforms, programmatic buying, or campaign management tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage
- Google Ads or YouTube certification is a plus
