Senior Software Engineer

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build backend systems that power sensor infrastructure, working on cloud-native systems on Azure. The role involves designing and operating scalable backend services, architecting cloud infrastructure, and working with hardware and systems engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience designing and operating scalable backend systems in cloud environments
• Track record of building and supporting production systems
• Proficiency with modern engineering practices: git, unit testing, CI/CD, code review
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident) and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
