We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Auckland team to help identify business needs, analyse processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work across legal technology, AI initiatives, and digital projects to improve the way we work and support our legal practice.
Requirements
- Gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Analysing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and technology enablement
- Supporting the evaluation, implementation, and optimisation of legal applications and AI tools
- Contributing to AI initiatives, including pilot programmes, change support, and user adoption
- Facilitating workshops, demonstrations, and user acceptance testing
- Supporting project delivery, training, implementation, and handover into operational support
- Contributing to continuous improvement by keeping up to date with legal technology and AI developments
