As a strategic talent partner, you will own and drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across technology functions, partnering closely with engineering and product leaders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans.
Proactively sourcing and engaging top technology talent, building strong pipelines of high-quality candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and providing market intelligence and data-driven hiring recommendations.
This role suits someone who wants genuine partnership with an engineering team, embedded in the work, trusted to lead on talent, and motivated by building something rather than managing process.
