As an Industrial Coater, you are responsible for protecting and enhancing our components by carefully treating, precisely applying, and thoroughly inspecting them.
Requirements
- Coat parts made of different materials and material substrates by pre-treating, possibly masking, and applying a coating according to instructions, standards, regulations, and surface quality requirements.
- Apply coating manually, taking into account the guidelines, standards, regulations, and the required surface quality.
- Select coating processes and materials according to requirements and/or specifications.
- Measure values during the production process and document them if necessary.
- Transport parts using conventional forklifts to the drying/hardening process and monitor the flow.
- Inspect parts and perform repairs if necessary.
- Systematically analyze errors and weaknesses and propose and implement measures for improvement.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks and troubleshoot and resolve issues or have them resolved.
