2nd Shift Machine Operator

Role Overview

Wieland is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to operate, maintain, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

What You Will Do

Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications, monitor machine performance, inspect finished products, perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
