Role Overview

Wieland is hiring a Packer to assist with overall operations, including processing products, maintaining inventory, setting up machine stations, and packing outgoing material. This role is located in Texas City, TX and will be fully on-site.

What You Will Do

Create and maintain a safe organized working environment, assist in reviewing outgoing shipping documents and package product, assist in inspections of product orders for accuracy, and other operations tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of manufacturing industries preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
• Ability to work as part of a team and offer assistance to teammates when necessary
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by the position
