Warehouse Associate, Weekend Shift

Role Overview

Wieland is hiring a Warehouse Associate to assist in all facets of the movement of materials within the facility and from facility to facility. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock and materials, organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas, and conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

The Warehouse Associate will receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials, organize and maintain inventory storage areas, conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, update inventory records, prepare and process outgoing shipments, and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years previous experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Powered Industrial Truck license and usage will be required
• Ability to read text, interpret and execute context as required
• Mechanical knowledge of machines/tools utilized in shipping and receiving
• Inventory management software and basic computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
