Chautauqua Navigator (Information Center)/Seasonal Employment

Chautauqua Navigators will work at mobile locations across the grounds, providing more opportunities for guest interactions. Each station will be staffed with knowledgeable team members who provide patrons and staff with detailed marketing information about programs, events, and navigating the Chautauqua experience.

Requirements

• Handle patron inquiries, validate concerns, and direct patrons to correct contact.
• Log patron issues for follow-up when necessary.
• Provides navigational directions to businesses, accommodations, & venues.
• Provides support with website navigation.
• Contributes to team goals established by the Patron Relations department.
• Communicates effectively with Supervisors and Managers as needed to solve problems.
