The Chautauqua Institution is a not‑for‑profit global convener of dialogue on significant issues through its four pillars of arts, education, religion, and recreation. Located on the shores of Chautauqua Lake in southwestern New York, it hosts a distinctive summer program that blends visual and performing arts, lectures, interfaith worship, and recreational activities. With the recent "150 Forward" strategic plan, the Institution is expanding to year‑round programming and leveraging its brand for continuous impact.
