Job Description
The A Truck features a Mexican-inspired menu and child-friendly favorites. Cooks will follow recipe cards, maintain food safety, and work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Follows recipe cards, cooks food menu items ensuring taste, presentation, and temperature of food.
- Maintains food safety and a clean working environment.
- Competent communication with FOH Managers on buffet items and their ingredients.
- Proper Storage, Labeling, and rotation of products (FIFO).
- Positive team player who is dependable and punctual.
