Job Description
The A Truck features a Mexican-inspired menu along with child-friendly favorites and soft drinks. In addition to seating at 3 Taps, patrons may enjoy picnic table seating in Miller Park or bring your own chair to the adjacent Children’s Beach. Cooks will prepare food, maintain a clean working environment, and work closely with front-of-house managers.
Requirements
- Follow recipe cards to prepare food for menu items
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor and assist other cooks and culinary team members
- Effective communication with front-of-house managers
- Inventory food station items and report to Sous Chef or senior cook
