Job Description
The Athenaeum Hotel Kitchen is seeking a Garde Manger to support culinary services for all ten of the Chautauqua Hotel Company food service operations. The position involves creating and preparing Garde Manger and pastry food service, supervising and training culinary staff, and researching and developing recipes.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
