The Heirloom Restaurant is a flagship restaurant at the historic Athenaeum Hotel, offering formal dining and lakeside comfort. The Cook - Experienced position is a seasonal employment opportunity.
Requirements
- Follows recipe cards and prepares food for menu items
- Prepares kitchen for the shift, including ingredients and equipment
- Maintains food safety and a clean working environment
- Effective communication with front-of-the-house managers
- Proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products (FIFO)
