Job Description
The Heirloom Restaurant is a formal dining restaurant located in the historic Athenaeum Hotel. The Cook - Mid-Level position is a seasonal employment opportunity during the summer season, and candidates may be required to work full-time or part-time with opportunities for overtime. Compensation starts at $16.50/Hour and may reach up to $19.00/Hour.
Requirements
- Follows recipe cards and prepares food for menu items
- Maintains food safety and a clean working environment
- Competent communication with front of the house managers
- Proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products (FIFO)
- Positive team player
