Lead Bartender (3 Taps) at Chautauqua Institution, responsible for providing excellent service, managing front-of-house staff, and maintaining high standards of a fine dining establishment in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Requirements
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- Consistently prepare mixed drinks according to Athenaeum Hotel standards
- Receive and prepare bar beverage orders from the service staff
- Track all orders through POS System and report daily sales
- Know and understand NYS Liquor Laws
- Oversee front-of-house staff and monitor restaurant operations
- Interact with guests and ensure guest satisfaction is above and beyond
- Maintain standards of fine dining establishment in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Work alongside kitchen staff to ensure quality control of the product
- Conduct training for seasonal staff
- Direct employees to keep a clean space and atmosphere
- All other duties as assigned
