We're looking for an Established Buyer / Product Developer to take full ownership of the Home & Accessories categories across Chelsea Peers, developing ranges that are commercially successful, aligned to brand identity, and delivered on time.

Requirements

• Proven buying/product development experience within Home & Accessories
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering category growth
• Skilled in supplier negotiation and relationship management
• Experience managing high option counts and critical paths
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident working at pace and managing multiple priorities
• Interest in sustainability and product innovation
