Job Description
The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation of assigned table games, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies. The position involves reconciling accounts, maintaining card/dice equipment, and providing accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Manage dealer performance and ensure high customer service.
- Monitor and adjust open table game openings.
- Observe, evaluate, and rate players.
- Maintain proper bankroll levels.
- Reconcile table accounting and maintain equipment.
- Verify document accuracy and adhere to procedures.
