Job Description
This is a part-time position as a Food Server at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, MS. The role involves taking and delivering orders, maintaining tables, providing guest satisfaction, and completing check-outs. It includes side work and cleaning. The position requires a friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
Requirements
- Greet guests in a positive manner and make them feel welcome.
- Maintain table cleanliness using a silent service approach.
- Itemize bills correctly and securely.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and POS stations.
- Communicate with management and staff.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
